How do I pay an invoice?

Payment details are on the invoice itself, in your dashboard under Invoices. We accept Payoneer, PayPal and bank transfer. There is no card payment on the site — you pay us directly, and we record the payment against the invoice once it clears.

Where do I see progress on my project?

Sign in and open Projects. Each project shows overall progress, its milestones and any notes the team has shared with you. It updates as work happens, so you do not need to ask for a status update.

Can I change a request after I have sent it?

Yes, while it still says Submitted. Once our team opens it for review the details are locked so nobody agrees to a budget that changed mid-review. If you need a change after that, reply to us and we will handle it.

What does a project cost?

Most projects start at $3,000 and run four to eight weeks. The exact figure depends on scope, and we agree it in writing before any work starts. If the scope changes later, we quote the change before doing it.

What if I need changes after the project is finished?

Send a new request from your dashboard. Small changes are usually quoted as a fixed amount; ongoing work can be arranged as a monthly arrangement instead.

Who owns the code you write?

You do, once the project is paid for. That includes the source code, the accounts it runs on, and the documentation. You are never dependent on us to keep it running.

I have forgotten my password.

Accepted Answer

Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in page. The link we email works once and expires after 15 minutes. Setting a new password signs you out on every device, including your phone.

Question 8

How do I get a copy of my data, or delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open Privacy in your dashboard. You can request an export or an erasure there. Both are handled by a person and we respond within one month, as GDPR requires. Invoices are kept for tax purposes with your personal details removed.
