Integrations
Make your tools talk to each other accounting, calendars, maps, POS, marketplaces, shipping.
From $300.00

Your tools don't talk, so your team does by hand. Someone re-types every order into the accounting system, copies bookings into the calendar and reconciles the marketplace against the POS at midnight. It's hours a week and a mistake waiting to happen.
We connect your systems so data flows on its own. We map the integration, connect the APIs with proper auth, set up two-way sync where you need it and add error alerts and retries so a flaky third-party API never silently drops data with logs, monitoring and docs.
Node.js integration services, OAuth/API-key auth, BullMQ retry + sync jobs, webhook handling, idempotency, structured logging + alerting, connectors for accounting / calendar / maps / POS / marketplace / shipping.

We begin by mapping which data moves between which systems, in which direction and how often. We then connect the interfaces with proper authentication, build the synchronization and add logging and alerts. Finally we document the result, so your team understands what runs and where to look if something changes.
One way sync sends data from a source to a destination, for example orders from your shop to your accounting system. Two way sync keeps both systems updated, so a change in either one appears in the other. Two way sync is more complex because conflicts must be handled and it is included from the Growth package.
Failures are expected with external services, so the integration is built to cope. Requests are retried automatically, duplicates are prevented with idempotency and an alert is sent if the problem persists. This means data is not silently lost when an external interface has a temporary problem.
We commonly connect accounting software, calendars, maps, point of sale systems, marketplaces, shipping providers and messaging services. If a system offers an API or webhooks, it can usually be connected and we confirm feasibility before you commit.
Error alerts notify you or your team when something fails and logs record what was sent and received. The Growth package adds monitoring and the Premium package adds an SLA with defined response times, so problems are handled quickly.
Starter is $300 in 3 to 7 days, Growth is $1490 in 1 to 2 weeks and Premium is $8000 in 4 to 8 weeks. Pricing depends on the number of systems and the complexity of the data. Growth Care at $199 per month covers monitoring and changes when external services update.
