Yes. Your documents are hosted privately and are never pasted into public AI tools. Role based access ensures that each person sees only the material they are permitted to see. The Premium package also offers a privately hosted model.
We support PDF files, Google Docs and wiki content, and other sources can be added in the Growth and Premium packages. An admin screen allows your team to update the knowledge base.
Starter is $2000 and takes 2 to 4 weeks. Growth is $6290 and takes 5 to 8 weeks. Premium is $20000 and takes 8 to 12 weeks and adds single sign on and complex permissions.
You update the documents through the admin screen, and usage analytics show which questions are asked. The AI Care plan at $199 per month provides monthly review and tuning.
